What is the minimum rental period for monthly IT contracts?
Monthly IT rental (laptops, desktops, printers) typically requires a minimum 6-month commitment. Laptop monthly rental starts from Rs 3,500 per month on a 6-month contract. Shorter-term needs are billed on day rate.
Do you rent Apple MacBooks and iMacs?
Yes. We stock recent MacBook Pro, MacBook Air, iMac and iPad Pro models. Apple devices are quoted at the time of enquiry rather than published on a fixed price list because the replacement cost varies by model and generation.
Can you deliver to a hotel or temporary office?
Yes. We routinely deliver to hotel conference halls, training centres, coworking spaces and temporary project offices across Delhi NCR. Setup support is included for monthly contracts and available on request for day rentals.
What about data security and end-of-contract wipe?
For monthly contracts, we perform a documented secure data wipe (DoD-style multi-pass overwrite) at the end of the contract and share a certificate of erasure on request. For event-day rentals, we recommend not storing sensitive data on the rental units since multiple users typically share each device.
What is included if a laptop or PC breaks down during the contract?
Monthly contracts include 24-hour fault replacement: report the issue, we swap the unit out at your office, and your team keeps working. Day-rate event rentals include on-call support during the event window.
