How we run an event from first call to dismantle

Design

Itemised quote with equipment, crew, install, dismantle and management lines. Sent within 48 hours.

Finalise

Revisions based on your feedback. Sign-off, advance payment, kit allocation, crew rostering.

Production

Showtime

What event management actually means at INDIATECH247

Most companies that brand themselves as event management agencies sub-contract everything. They take the brief, mark it up, hand the AV to one vendor, the stage to another, the lighting to a third, and try to choreograph the result on event day. The client is paying for an agency layer that does not own any of the actual execution.

INDIATECH247 is different. AV equipment, install crew, production engineers, lighting designers, stage build, fabrication and on-day production are all our in-house team. When you sign with us, the same people who quote the event also install it and run it. There is no commercial gap between the plan and the execution. For pure-rental enquiries we are also happy to just rent the equipment and stay out of the way. But for anything where the event matters - product launch, AGM, conference, brand activation - the full-service route consistently delivers a better outcome at a lower total cost than juggling four vendors.

Do you charge a separate event management fee or is it built into AV pricing?

For pure AV rental bookings, install and on-event support are included in the equipment rate. For full-service event management (including planning, design, decor coordination, on-day production lead, vendor management), management is quoted as a separate line item proportional to event scale and complexity.

How early should we book event management for a corporate event?

For a single-venue corporate event with standard AV, 2 to 4 weeks lead time is comfortable. Product launches with custom fabrication and stage builds need 4 to 8 weeks for design, approvals and production. Multi-city tours and large conferences need 8 to 12 weeks.

Do you work outside Delhi NCR?

Yes for corporate roadshows, multi-city brand activations and out-of-station weddings. We have executed events in Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur and Goa. Outside NCR we move the crew and core equipment; bulky stage and truss is sourced locally and managed by our travelling production lead.
