Stage, truss, backdrops, flex printing, sound, lights, LED wall, TV, projector and microphones can all be booked together under a single quote and managed by our in-house professional team. Bundling tends to be 10-20 percent cheaper than booking each piece separately.
How early should we book stage and fabrication for an event?
For stage and truss setup, two to five working days is usually enough. For custom fabrication that needs design, approvals and production (entrance arches, photo booths, branded sets), share the brief at least seven to ten days in advance for normal turnaround, or two weeks for complex builds.
Do you handle site survey and installation, or just supply the equipment?
Full service. Our professional team handles site recce, layout design, finalisation with the client, production, on-event-day install, supervision through showtime and post-event dismantle. The same team owns the project end-to-end so accountability sits in one place.
What size events do you typically handle?
From 50-person corporate AGMs and product launches up to 5,000+ attendee brand activations and concerts. Stage configurations scale from a custom-built platform for a small briefing to a 40 ft truss-supported main stage with side wings for a launch.
Can you match our brand colours and design language on the fabrication?
Yes. Share your brand guidelines and reference imagery; the design team produces 2D layouts and 3D renders for approval before production starts. Pantone-matched paint, branded vinyl print and corporate-colour drapery are all standard requests.
