How we price custom event fabrication

Custom event fabrication is quoted on request because pricing depends on five things: design complexity, materials, size, quantity (one-off vs city tour) and timeline. For reference, a typical entrance arch with branded vinyl, freestanding base and lighting trim starts in the range of Rs 30,000 to Rs 60,000 for a single event. Branded photo booths start around Rs 25,000. Hanging signage and 3D set pieces are quoted per design.

Multi-city tours and repeat editions get a unit-cost discount: the build is reused, only print and install change. We store the build between editions for a small storage fee.

What is the typical timeline for a custom event fabrication project?

Standard turnaround is 7 to 14 days from sign-off on design and quote. Rush jobs can land in 4 to 6 days for simpler builds. Larger sets and exhibition stands need 14 to 21 days for design plus build plus install rehearsal.

Do you work with creative agencies who supply the design?

Yes, often. Share the 2D or 3D design files and we go straight into materials and quote without doing concept work. We are happy to credit your agency on photos and submit white-label invoices.

Can you execute a multi-city brand tour build?

Yes. We design with reuse in mind: a 4-city tour build packs into transport-ready crates between cities. We coordinate logistics, local install crew and print refresh for each city.

Do you handle large mall activations and exhibition stands?

Yes. We have executed stands and activations at India Expo Centre, Pragati Maidan, DLF Mall of India, Select City Walk and most premium Delhi NCR malls. Larger builds get an engineering review and a dedicated project lead through install.

Do you also supply AV for the activation?

Yes — that is the strongest reason to combine fabrication and AV under one quote. LED wall, projector mapping, sound and lighting can be planned into the fabrication from day one rather than retrofitted on install day.
