Yes. Corporate event coverage is the core of our photography and videography work. AGMs, town halls, conferences, product launches, summits, board meetings, award nights, brand activations and exhibitions are routine. Our in-house team has covered 4,500+ events since 2012.
Can you combine photography, videography and live streaming for one event?
Yes. Combined coverage is our most common booking. Photography captures stills for the next-day press kit, multi-camera videography produces the highlight reel and full event film, and live streaming pushes the event in real time to remote attendees. All three run off one production team, one quote and one accountable contact.
How quickly do you deliver final photos and videos?
Same-night press selection of 25-50 hand-picked photos is standard for corporate events that need a press release the next morning. Full edited photo set within 48 to 72 hours. Highlight reel video within 5 to 7 working days. Full event film within 10 to 14 working days. Rush turnaround is available on request.
What is included in a typical corporate event coverage booking?
One or more photographers and cinematographers, full-frame and cinema-grade camera bodies, off-camera flash where needed, lavalier mics for stage audio, tethered laptop for live frame preview on bigger jobs, full edit and colour grade, and delivery to a shared drive with branded folder structure.
Do you cover weddings too?

Do you travel outside Delhi NCR?
Yes for corporate roadshows and multi-city brand activations. Travel, accommodation and per-diem are billed at cost on top of the shoot rate. Common destinations include Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur and Goa.
