What does same-night press selection mean?
Within 6 to 8 hours of the event ending, you get a hand-picked folder of 15 to 50 ready-to-publish JPEGs covering the hero shots, keynote portraits, branded backdrops and any specific must-haves you flagged. Ideal for press releases scheduled the next morning or for social media posts that need to go out the same night.
Do you provide raw files?
Standard deliverable is colour-graded high-res JPEG. Full RAW files are available on request as part of the package or as an add-on. We do not delete RAW for 90 days post-event, so if you need them later that window is available.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. For product launches, internal AGMs, M&A announcements and any embargoed event, we sign client NDAs as standard. Photographers operate under access-pass discipline; preview screens are locked unless an authorised team member is present.
Do you carry off-camera flash for low-light venues?
Yes. Hotel banquet halls, exhibition halls and most conference venues have unreliable ambient light. We carry off-camera flash with diffusers, light meters and triggers as standard kit.
What about video coverage of the same event?
We do both - see our corporate event videography page. Photography plus videography is our most common booking; same crew, single quote.
