What does a highlight reel cover?
Stage hero shots, keynote speaker close-ups, audience reactions, candid networking moments, sponsor activations, branded backdrop frames, on-stage award moments if any. Built around brand pacing with title cards, music bed (royalty-cleared) and lower-thirds for speakers.
Can you live stream the event?
Yes. We use the same multi-camera switcher to live stream to YouTube, LinkedIn, Zoom, Microsoft Teams or a custom CDN, while simultaneously ISO-recording each angle for the post-event edit. See our live streaming equipment page for the rig specs.
Do you carry your own audio kit?
Yes. Lavalier mics, shotgun mics, mixer and on-camera audio meters. For events where you have already rented a sound system from us or another vendor, we tap a clean direct feed from the mixer so the audio in the video matches what the venue heard, not what the camera picked up from the speakers.
Can we get raw camera footage?
Yes. Raw camera files (ISO recordings, each camera angle separately) are available as an add-on or part of larger packages. We keep raws for 90 days post-event by default, longer on request.
What is the typical delivery timeline?
60-90 second highlight reel: 5-7 working days. Full event film (5-10 minutes): 10-14 working days. Same-day teaser cut: delivered the night of the event. Rush delivery is available at a small surcharge.

Yes. See our corporate event photography page. Photography plus videography is our most common booking; same crew, single quote, no scheduling conflicts.
