How early should we book a wedding shoot?
Peak season (October to March) bookings usually lock in 3 to 6 months in advance. Off-season weddings can be booked 4 to 6 weeks before the date. The earlier you confirm, the more flexibility on crew lead allocation.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Yes. Common destinations include Goa, Jaipur, Udaipur, Rishikesh and Shimla, plus international wedding venues on request. Travel, accommodation and per-diem are billed at cost on top of the shoot fee.
Can you include drone footage?
Yes. Our drone operators are DGCA-compliant. Drone footage works well for outdoor weddings, large venues with garden settings and aerial coverage of the mandap and decor. We confirm permission with the venue and any nearby airspace restrictions before the date.
When do we get the final wedding film and album?
Same-day teaser cut for social media is available on request for the headline functions. Highlight reel is delivered in 3 to 5 weeks. Full wedding film and printed album are delivered in 5 to 7 weeks. Rush delivery is available for an additional fee if you need it sooner.
Do you also handle AV, lighting and decor coordination?
Yes. We bring stage AV, sound, lighting and decor coordination as part of our event-management service. Couples often book the full setup so the same team handles the shoot and the production. See our event management company page.
