When stage rental makes sense

Any event where the audience needs a clear view of the speaker, performers or the screen calls for a stage. A 50-person product briefing in a hotel boardroom needs a 1 ft riser. A 500-person AGM needs a 2 ft to 3 ft stage with side wings. A concert or open-air launch needs a 3 ft to 6 ft truss-supported main stage with stairs both sides.

Stage setups are built from custom stage blocks in 4 ft x 4 ft, 4 ft x 8 ft, 6 ft x 4 ft and 8 ft x 4 ft sizes that combine in any rectangular or L-shaped layout. Adjustable legs cover heights from 1 ft to 6 ft, so the same approach scales a 16 ft x 12 ft AGM stage on Monday into a 24 ft x 16 ft mandap riser on Saturday.

Main stage — rectangular, 16 ft x 12 ft to 40 ft x 20 ft, single or stepped levels
T-stage — main stage with a centre projection, used in fashion shows and product reveals
Runway — long narrow platform, typically 32 ft to 60 ft, for fashion walks
AGM & conference stage — 2 ft riser with side wings for panelists and speakers
Mandap riser — 6 in to 1 ft riser for the mandap area, decorator integration
Musician riser — small 4 ft x 8 ft side stage for live music acts
Camera platform — elevated platform at the back of the hall for the video crew

FAQs

What is the smallest and largest stage you can set up?

Smallest is a single 4 ft x 4 ft riser; standard setups go up to roughly 40 ft x 20 ft. Beyond that we add additional resources and engineering review through our professional team.

How much weight does a stage platform hold?

Standard stage platforms used in our setups are rated for distributed loads in line with industry norms, which comfortably handles a podium, AV equipment and a panel of speakers. For heavy installations (LED wall on stage, grand piano) we plan reinforced configurations and engineer-supervised install.

Do you provide the stairs and the railing?

Yes. Stairs are included at standard heights up to 3 ft. Above 3 ft, stairs with a railing are included on both access points. Wheelchair ramps are available on request.

Can you carpet the stage in our brand colour?

Yes. Standard finish is black carpet. Grey, red, blue and white are commonly available, and brand-colour carpet can be arranged with 5 to 7 working days notice for repeat or large events.
