Can we negotiate the Rs 500 day rate for a large training?
Yes. The Rs 500 day rate is the starting price for small quantities. For 25 plus laptops or multi-day events, we share a scaled rate based on quantity and number of days. Repeat corporate clients also receive better pricing as part of their preferred-vendor terms.
Why is there a 6-month minimum on monthly contracts?
Monthly pricing assumes we deploy specific units to your contract and write off the deployment cost across the contract period. Below 6 months, our cost per unit goes up sharply and the rate has to reflect that. For 2 to 3 month projects, day rate often works out cheaper anyway because of the bulk-day discount.
What happens if a rental laptop breaks during the contract?
For monthly contracts, we replace the unit within 24 hours: report the fault, our team swaps the laptop at your office, the user resumes work the same day. For day-rate event rentals, on-call support is available through the event window and a spare unit is usually delivered alongside the booking for events with 20 plus laptops.
Can you pre-install specific software before delivery?
Yes. Share the install list 48 hours before delivery and we pre-load the units. Common pre-loads include Microsoft Office, training applications, VPN clients, browser extensions and event registration portals. For licensed software, you supply the licence keys.
What about data security at end of contract?
For monthly contracts, we perform a documented multi-pass secure data wipe at the end of the contract and share a certificate of erasure on request. For event-day rentals, we recommend not storing sensitive data on the rental units since multiple users typically share each device.
