By placing an order with INDIATECH247, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they govern your use of our AV equipment rental services and protect both parties' rights and obligations.
By placing an order with INDIATECH247, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. The terms "INDIATECH247," "we," "our," or "us" refer to INDIATECH247.com and its associated rental platforms (including www.projectorforrent.in). The terms "you," "your," or "customer" refer to the person or organization placing the order.
All orders placed by you or authorized users of your payment method are subject to these terms and conditions, unless otherwise agreed in writing and signed by an authorized officer of INDIATECH247. Acceptance of any order is conditional upon your explicit agreement to these terms.
By completing a booking or rental transaction, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
You agree to pay all fees for services, equipment rentals, or products as mutually agreed with INDIATECH247 at the time of booking. The agreed pricing will be clearly stated in your rental agreement, quotation, or invoice.
If you request additional items, equipment upgrades, extended rental hours, or extra services during the event that were not included in your original contract, you agree to pay for those additions at our current standard rates.
An advance payment of 30% to 50% is required to confirm all bookings. The exact percentage depends on event type, equipment value, and customer history. Full payment must be completed before or at the time of equipment delivery, unless credit terms have been pre-approved in writing.
In case of any technical issues, equipment malfunctions, or service problems during your rental period, you must notify INDIATECH247 immediately at:

Our support team will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly. On-site technical assistance is included with most rental packages.
You are fully responsible for the safe use, proper handling, and timely return of all rented equipment in its original and usable condition. Equipment must be returned in the same working state as received, subject to normal wear and tear.
You must NOT:
Misuse, physical damage, theft, loss, or tampering may result in repair or replacement charges. This includes software-related issues such as activation locks, password protection, jailbroken states, or corrupted operating systems.

All repair or replacement decisions must be handled directly by INDIATECH247 or our authorized service partners. Customers are not permitted to arrange independent repairs without prior written authorization.
If the equipment is not returned on the agreed return date and time, your rental period will be automatically extended at the same daily rate and rental duration. Additional rental charges will apply until the equipment is returned.
Example: If your rental was for 1 day at ₹5,000, each additional day will be charged at ₹5,000 until equipment is returned.
If you anticipate needing equipment for a longer period or are unsure about the return schedule, please contact us immediately at 99110 20247 to discuss extension options and revised pricing.
For rentals involving customized content, software configurations, or branded setups (such as custom presentations, digital signage content, or event-specific programming), all customization files and detailed instructions must be submitted by the agreed deadline.
Late submissions may incur expedited processing charges or rush fees. In cases of extremely late submissions (less than 24 hours before the event), we cannot guarantee successful implementation.
All customization requirements and deadlines will be clearly outlined in your order confirmation email.
INDIATECH247 is NOT responsible for any internet connectivity issues at your event venue, as we do not control:

All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to legal@indiatech247.com or confirmed via WhatsApp/phone call. Verbal cancellations must be followed up with written confirmation.

Important: If your booking is confirmed within 24 hours of the event and an advance payment is made, it is automatically considered non-refundable if cancelled later, due to immediate equipment preparation and logistics dispatch requirements.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 2-3 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation and returned to the original payment method (bank account, UPI, card, etc.).
All applicable sales taxes, Goods and Services Tax (GST), or other government-mandated levies will be added to your invoice as per Indian tax regulations.

Unless you specifically request otherwise in writing, INDIATECH247 may use your name, company name, event photos, or project details in our marketing materials, including:
If you do NOT wish your company name or event details to be used for publicity purposes, please notify us in writing at legal@indiatech247.com at the time of booking.
We will never disclose confidential business information, sensitive data, or proprietary details without explicit written permission.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless INDIATECH247, its directors, officers, employees, agents, partners, and affiliates against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from:
INDIATECH247 is NOT liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
Maximum Liability: Our total liability under this agreement will never exceed the amount paid by you for the specific rental or service that gave rise to the claim.
This Terms & Conditions document represents the full and complete understanding between you and INDIATECH247. It supersedes all prior negotiations, discussions, or agreements (whether written or oral).
Any modifications, amendments, or additions to these terms must be made in writing and signed by an authorized officer of INDIATECH247. Verbal agreements or informal modifications are not binding.
If any provision of this agreement is deemed invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delhi, India. Any legal disputes, claims, or controversies arising from this agreement will be handled exclusively in the courts of Delhi, India.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the matter will proceed to arbitration in Delhi, India, under the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.
If legal action is taken and INDIATECH247 prevails, you agree to pay all reasonable attorney fees, court costs, and legal expenses incurred by INDIATECH247 in enforcing this agreement.
