Equipment rental agreement and guidelines

Thank you for choosing INDIATECH247 for your audio-visual (AV) and IT equipment rental needs. Please read these Rental Terms and Conditions carefully before renting any equipment from us. By renting equipment, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
The rental period begins on the date the equipment is delivered to you or picked up from our location (Vinod Nagar, Delhi NCR) and ends upon its return to us in satisfactory condition. Rental charges apply for the full duration of this period.
A rental day is defined as:
Equipment delivery/pickup: Rental starts when equipment leaves our facility or when you pick it up
Equipment return: Rental ends when equipment is returned to our facility and inspected
An advance payment of 30% to 50% is required to confirm all bookings. The exact amount depends on:
Full payment or a security deposit may be required prior to release of equipment. Security deposits serve to cover:
Deposits will be refunded after thorough equipment inspection, less any charges for damages, missing items, or additional services.
Payments can be made via the following methods listed on our website:
Before equipment delivery: Advance payment (30-50%) + any security deposit
At delivery or before event: Remaining balance payment
After event/return: Refund of security deposit (minus any applicable charges)
You agree to use the rented equipment responsibly, professionally, and only for its intended purpose as described in the rental agreement.

All repair or replacement decisions must be handled directly by INDIATECH247 or our authorized partners. In case of loss or irreparable damage, the full applicable compensation is expected.

For locations beyond 10 KM from our facility, full transportation charges will apply based on the total distance from our location to your venue. The charges cover the complete round trip including delivery, setup, and equipment pickup after your event.

You must return all equipment on the agreed return date in the same condition as received, subject to normal wear and tear. This includes:
Late returns may be subject to additional rental charges calculated at the same daily rate as your original booking. If you need to extend your rental period, please notify us as soon as possible to avoid automatic extension charges.
We offer same-day delivery for urgent requirements within Delhi NCR, subject to equipment availability. Emergency delivery within 30-60 minutes may be possible for critical situations (additional charges apply).
INDIATECH247 is NOT liable for:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless INDIATECH247, its employees, agents, and contractors from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the equipment, including but not limited to:
For high-value rentals or large-scale events, we recommend obtaining event insurance or equipment rental insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the rental start date to avoid cancellation fees. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to legal@indiatech247.com or confirmed via phone.

Note: Bookings confirmed within 24 hours of the event and paid in advance fall under the No Refund policy if cancelled later, due to immediate preparation and dispatch requirements.
Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy. If applicable, refunds will be processed within 2-3 working days and returned to the original payment method or account used during booking.
Both parties (customer and INDIATECH247 representative) will inspect the equipment at the time of delivery and return. This joint inspection protects both parties and ensures transparency.

Any pre-existing damages, scratches, or defects will be noted and agreed upon during the delivery inspection to avoid disputes upon return. Both parties must sign the inspection checklist acknowledging equipment condition.
Important: If you notice any equipment issues during your rental period, report them immediately to avoid being held responsible for pre-existing problems.
These Rental Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the jurisdiction where INDIATECH247 operates (Delhi NCR, India).
Any disputes, claims, or legal matters arising from this rental agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
